I took the opportunity to book through Expedia this time for a discount, 2 months ahead of our stay. NEVER AGAIN!! Due to no fault of our own, our connecting flight was missed caused by our airline. When I called the hotel to push us out one night as we were stuck in Denver, the hotel wouldn’t talk to us. We had to call Expedia , by contract, who canceled our total reservation and re-booked it for $600 more!!!! Never use online reservations with secondary booking to save money. Hotel is great and we’ll go back soon.

My hotel room was comfortable and peaceful. My bed was truly comfortable and cozy. It was exactly what I needed after a long day of learning.

Everything was exceptional! I look forward to returning to this hotel next year for this conference. Hopefully, I will be able to receive an affordable rate from the hotel without utilizing booking.com

Hotel is very clean. Rooms showed a little wear and tear, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel is right across from Springfield mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.

The hotel was run down for the price and it was in a terribly unsafe neighborhood. The room dirty, mildewy and gross. Th f,urnishings were old and run down. Will never suggest to anyone

There was only one person at the front desk to receive and check in guests when I arrived. At least 3 guests had to wait for check-in. The wooden vanity was chipped in many place and paint had been rubbed off of it to the point that bare wood was overly visible. The change over from a Hilton property to the Springfield Belvoir Hotel was not explained either on the the website where reservations were made or by any signage at the hotel. I was confused as to what hotel I was checking into until I asked the receptionist.
