Rooms are outdated and AC wasn’t working properly.

The hotel and the staff were outstanding ! I was very turned off by the fact that I had to pay $20 to park at a hotel that staying in That will make me rethink staying there again not to mention we are shopping for a facility for a family event

Great memories for me and hubby pool waters was a bit cold. View is a bit undesirable. Room was great. Nice view if your facing the pool we were not. Gym was great.

I did not like your phone bank. I wanted to speak with the front desk at the location I was going to stay but the automated prompts were too cumbersome!

Terrible Terrible place. Should be razed down. Stsff uncaring and broken down facilities and nobody cares. Got stuck in same elevator for 45 minutes twice and front desk did not care. All in all it is a pathetic place which would not survive in any state but nj

The room had no AC and it was very muggy. The other guest had kids running in the hallway screaming and yelling. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

Very quiet, safe and clean environment.

The hotel bar kitchen delivers food that does not match the menu description as someone that has allergies I find this very alarming prime example sourdough grilled cheese very simple but yet they send rye bread grilled cheese out yes right allergies exist I still find it absolutely funny that the hotel charges parking that's not included as part of this stay I guess it would make sense if we were near an airport for example but I don't know there's just better options than

I checked in a little after midnight. At check in it was a very long process, skip ahead get to the room I have children with me so I go to pull out the sofa bed only one side is an actual bed but ok the couch cushion is covered in something brown ( I do have pictures) then there's no linen so I try and use the phone to call front desk (I'm at a hiton I paid over 300 for 1 night I'd expect at least the phone to work ) nope and how I proceed downstairs with children in tow asking for linen for the pull out sofa and a few extra pillows, I was given 1 sheet and told there wasn't anything extra.. sheesh ok go back upstairs try and shower everyone absolutely no hot water! So go to go to get everyone the bed sheets gross I won't keep going but I could there was no hot water next day either be4 checking out I have pictures of stains where dirt dust old guest stuff broken drawers n where the TV is all broke it was a very trash room also was told 4th floor was the only floor pets weren't allowed. they lied was hair everywhere no way that room was cleaned properly for awhile now. I did ask to speak to a manager upon check out and was told there was no management on duty ID have to call later I tried calling for 2 weeks be4 posting this review and emailed them as well as to being told I'd get 30 percent back. Really you couldn't even call me as I asked to speak about that problems at your hotel and a guests experience then expect 30 percent to make things better? Then again I ask for a call to no avail and I try and call and get no manager all the time. Go figure.. never will I ever stay at a Hilton ever again I've said in quality inns way cleaner and much more professional staff.
