Good breakfast. Nice location Easy vehicle access Friendly and helpful staff

Unfortunately our room was on the 3rd floor and with no lift it was quite a job getting our large suitcases up. The staff did offer to help

The staff were amazing, we couldn’t get a taxi to the wedding we were attending, so the manager said she would take us, which I thought was amazing ♥️ The breakfast was beautiful, and a lot of good choices

There was nothing I didn’t like

Location perfect for an event we attend annually. Staff always friendly. Room lovely and comfy beds.

When we asked for a larger bed, they were very accommodating and changed our room free of charge. The evening meals are always excellent

A few changes from last time with the breakfast but nothing major. A member of staff made a few quips, but we shrugged it off

The staff really steals the show here - they couldn't be more gracious, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Very comfortable stay in a lovely village.

The TV was tiny and television reception was poor. Not a really big issue, but we just wanted to hang out in the room and vegetate, so a better entertainment setup would have made the stay perfect.

Friendly staff, clean and well stocked rooms (tea, coffee, biscuits etc and bathroom sundries). Nice food at reasonable prices.

Tracy welcomed us and explained everything very well, she was in our opinion an excellent host. She went above and beyond our expectations with her friendliness and passion. The room was very good and we had a reasonably comfortable rest. Although we didn't have evening dinner, we believe that the food looks very good at very reasonable prices. Our breakfast was excellent with prompt and efficient service from the waiting staff in the Ascot room. The hotel had ample parking.

As we have an electric car, it would have been useful to have an electric charging facility in the car park, but not essential.
