Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – direkt in der Nähe des Tivoli und des Hauptbahnhofs. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr modern und durchdacht gestaltet. Das Zimmer war besonders ansprechend eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und äußerst sauber. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und vollkommen angemessen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Personal. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch die Mitarbeitenden im Frühstücksservice waren jederzeit aufmerksam, ausgesprochen freundlich und stets bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
