"Beautiful and peaceful hotel in the heart of Oaxaca."

Very helpful staff. They allowed us to check in earlier as our flight was changed last minute. Beautiful hotel, in a perfect location. The scent in the room was amazing!

"Good, but it can be noisy at night with parties from the restaurant / bar next door"

Simple, clean, and pretty. It had what we needed. Staff was extremely helpful and kind to us.

The only issue we had is that they decided to have parties outside the rooms until 2 am. We weren't notified or told about this ahead of time. We would have liked to know since we had to wake up really early to get ready for a wedding and the other days to go on a tour. Staff was very kind and helpful, since the owners allowed for the party the staff couldn't do a lot and were saying how sorry they were when we asked when the party will be over.

very clean and generally good location

wi-fi was spotty; i have had better wi-fi at much cheaper hotels. very echoy courtyard abd room. I did not feel that i got the value that I paid for.

El lugar es muy bonito. Solo que entra mucho la luz, todo se escucha...cuando te bañas, cuando se bañan los demas, cuando cierran puertas, absolutamente todo. Las camas tambien hacen mucho ruido :/ te mueves poquito y se escucha en todo el lugar. La TV es otra cuestión, muy complicado, batallamos para encontrarle a los controles.
