The two staff members we interacted with were gems! Great service! That being said, property left much to be desired. The first room we were given was partially services by the cleaning crew. It had no linens and had not been cleaned. The staff member was very apologetic and she was great to deal with! The second room was acceptable, but we only had two small pillows for the bed. There was a barking dog next door, but that was intermittent. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better and the bathtub backed up. There is potential here, but some things need work. I got the sense that they are working it.

This place is old. They say they are remodeling, but I did not see any work being done. Also, there are roaches. I liked the full refrigerator and freezer. However, the room was not completely set up either. I asked for a blow dryer, and they made me come down and get it because no one else was at the front desk. Their customer service could be improved quite a bit.

The hotel was clean and nice the staff was very friendly and helpful the only issue I had is the supposedly handicap accessible room was not very accessible the door frame was not wide enough I would not recommend this place for anyone with a wheelchair. However if you don't need one it is a nice place to stay

RUN far from here!!! I should point out that the weekend I stayed, Lincoln was packed and rooms normally running $120/night were $400 so I chose here as a last resort. They charged me $257 for 2 nights. Here is why I would never come back. My door stuck..had to physically bump it with my hip to get it to open. DIRTY...I have been travelling for 32 years and I can honestly say this was the worst. I think the maid walked in, changed the bedding and pulled the shower curtain over the shower wall handle and left. The kitchenette was obviously taken from some prior used kitchen set because it was banged up and poorly repaired. The "balcony" (big enough for 2 average size people standing side by side and thats it) door wouldn't close so I got a wonderful draft at all times and they warned me at check out that people have gotten locked out of their rooms going on the balcony and you have to pray someone sees you on the road driving by because there is no way off or in with the safety bar down. Also, the duct tape on the bottom of the door made me feel very unsafe. There was black mold in the shower and I didnt even shower since when I finally worked up the courage a big german cockroack came out to say hi. I am not one of those delicate women...I can take alot but that was it. I survived the night only out of sheer anger of being trapped in such an awful run down place. If this was one of the better rooms...god help whoever gets put in worse. 😱😱
