I was awoken to a cleaning staff member attempting to open my door at 9 am. I informed the front desk. I was told the person didnt even start working until after 9 am. I want a full refund to the card I used.

Close access from the interstate

Basically everything else. No breakfast, no toiletries, no extra towels, no pool as stated in the description. When asked about toiletries we were told we could buy them at the front desk...it helps keep the room cost down which is BS. I paid the same here as I would have the original place I wanted to stay and would have gotten breakfast, toiletries and a pool....

"Disappointing "

Was told at check in had to have an additional 60.00 deposit for stay very awkward. Was told by staff they entered my room while I was gone moved all my merchandise for a trade show and removed a cart from my room. Not ok.room was dirty like footprints in the wall in the bathroom.
