Dusty vent in bath tub wall and dust bunny on floor. Cute. The front desk person, Stacy was super friendly and accommodating. Memorabilia was a blast to the past.

Super nice hôtel. Very good staff, particularly Stacy who helped us with many issues. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for it’s staff and its service.

I put a 10 because of the marvelous staff that works there. Stacy ordered me an international adapter in one day. She was amazing! Wonderful service. That was absolutely great in all means to be here! The Graduate can be proud to have such a nice staff. We ll come again 👍👍👍

The morning and lunch barista’s/bartenders are great. The late afternoon/night bar manager/bartender is rude. She has the attitude of a government employee with unearned power who “flexes” on people just because she can. If this lady loses her job, as she should, she might consider a career as a parole officer.

Great location, great bar, and the rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match the price point. We paid around $900 per night during graduation weekend, which I understand is a premium time, so the rate itself wasn’t my issue. The bigger problem was the condition of the hotel and the service. All three rooms in our group were disappointing — very dated, poorly maintained, and not particularly clean. In one room, the hot water didn’t work at all and we had to switch rooms. The front desk staff was also unhelpful and unfriendly throughout the stay. For the amount charged, I expected a much better overall experience. I’d recommend staying a little farther away and choosing a nicer, better-maintained hotel instead. Not stoppers in the sink nor the tub. Just horrible.

Clean, nice staff, conveniently located, nice bar inside lobby.

The parking garage was extremely difficult to get in and out of for a 3/4 ton truck. If I was driving my work truck again, I'd probably look for another hotel option for that reason alone. Otherwise it's a great hotel.
