"We can’t wait to be back!"

10.0

We are having such a nice stay at Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa! The resort is beautifully kept, very small dog friendly, and the water color at the beach is absolutely stunning. We ate at Latitudes their restaurant onsite for both breakfast and dinner and had great food each time. The staff was so kind and welcoming, especially Penny, our server at breakfast. Penny was so friendly to talk with and made us feel right at home, she truly helped make our experience extra special. It was my dad’s first time visiting Jupiter all the way from Ohio, and he has been loving the resort and beach. There’s a reason we always want to stay here when in town. The snorkeling at Peanut Island is like being in an aquarium!

"Really Enjoyed My Stay!"

10.0

Richard at Latitudes was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our dining experience. He truly made my family’s trip so much more enjoyable with his positive attitude and exceptional hospitality. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely makes you feel so welcomed, and Richard did exactly that. We really enjoyed meeting him and look forward to coming back because of the wonderful service he provided.

"20 year anniversary let down. This is not a romantic resort"

4.0

Please keep in mind I live locally and very familiar with the area and pricing Spent close to 1k for 1 evening for my 20th anniversary. Only good thing about the stay was Jared at check in and the ocean view.Completely over booked. 2 hours to get a chair in the pool area. There is zero beach and has bulldozers and red tape all over the beach line. Should make customers aware b4 booking. Pool was from 1980 and was very tiny for the amount of people. Felt like a cruise pool. Meal was terrible. The steak was completely rare (ordered medium). Then after dinner I was not able to get in my room for 30 minutes because the battery on the lock was dead. This was 10:30pm. Completely over priced. Will just go to singer island next time I plan a staycation.

"Lazy valet service, small rooms with limited view."

2.0

The hotel itself and the location isn't too bad. It's on the water but everything is very expensive, especially the valet parking. They require you to valet park your car at $30 a night so it is not free as it says above. We did enjoy the restaurant, the rooms were very small. The views are terrible, but the worst part was the valet parking situation. Every time we tried to go up to the valet desk, the girl behind the desk would be on her phone, talking to somebody and would not look up to help us. It was frustrating trying to get one of the valets to get up from sitting while scrolling on their phone constantly doing nothing to actually serve us and get our car.. The long lines coming back sightseeing or dinner to have our "required" car parked by the Terrible, incompetent valet service and the rude Valet emplees, only detracted from the experience. We had to change rooms numerous times because what was promised on the website, was not what they delivered in person. My wife angrily had to advocate for us to get the room with a view that we requested initially. This two week Excursion that we spent well into thousands of dollars and the expensive valet service with lazy incompetent and rude employees had us questioning why we booked with this "Resort" in the first place??? We will never be back. We try to make the best of it. But I've never been treated so poorly by the first point of contact and the last point of contact at the front door. Total incompetence rude and unattentive. We will not return...

"Fantastic stay."

10.0

Wonderful stay at this hotel in the spring. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and we had a nice view of the beach. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed excellent food in the restaurant--highly recommend the lobster bisque. Our only issue was that our room was adjoining, and despite not opening the doors, we could clearly hear all conversations in the other room. This didn't last long for us, since our neighbors left one day after we arrived, and we kept a white noise machine going through the night.

"Location"

8.0

This was our 4th Opal stay. With all Opal Resorts you are paying for the location. Out the door you are on the beach. Rooms at all Opals are modern and nice. They are not the Ritz, they aren’t Hampton Inns either. This locations pool is a little concrete and bland. The beach was great and the set up service was top notch. Latitudes is a GREAT restaurant make a reservation before you leave for your trip. Very popular with locals and they book up. If you are traveling without kids do not book Spring Break or Winter Break. Lots of families very busy and crowded. Pool no chairs, beach never runs out. Great restaurants with in 5 minutes of the hotel. Parks and lots to do. Valet parking only, 30.00 a day and of course tips. We love Opals.
