Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa

We stayed here due to other friends and family staying at this location, wish we found something else as our money would of went farther. We have stayed at Vrbo's and Airbnb's (west and east coast FL) for a way better price, more spacious rooms, and better views compared to this place. This is a hotel trying to be a resort and spa - far far reach from that. For what it cost to stay here we expected way way more. We booked the standard view room, reference the pics as you primarily see a roof top. The best part about this place is the location as it is quiet with private beach and pool access. If you want to sit by the pool, get there early to claim a spot as many just throw items on a chair and disappear for the day without actually using the pool (this happens everywhere). The restaurant on site is mediocre but charges superior prices. If you are staying at the resort expect to pay $25 a day for valet parking - we had a guest come for a day, they only charged that guest $5 for the day.

I do think charging guests to park their cars is a blatant money grabber. Very disappointing that the resort doesn’t carry newspapers. Please find a way to do so. Housekeeping staff (rooms) needs more training.

Hotel was nice but the service was disappointing. All of the employees seemed overworked and disgruntled, which in turn seemed to rub off on guests. Took 30 minutes to get our car with valet one morning, bartender at the restaurant didn’t acknowledge us for 15 minutes upon being seated for lunch, we couldn’t track anyone down at the beach to take our order and then asked twice for check and no one brought it. They ended up charging our drinks to our friends. I don’t like to complain but the service simply isn’t up to standard for a hotel of this cost,

I first wanted to say that the staff From check in to all the valet Team were great ! Very friendly and professional. The hotel over all seemed very small not a resort but more like a boutique hotel. There really wasn’t much to do for a young family traveling with teenagers. The overall crowd renting was over 55+ years of age . We weren’t expecting party as we escaped Miami’s spring break but this felt boring . The beach is not swim-able as the shore has rocks and the waves are insane . We are a tattooed couple and noticed a lot of looks at the pool which made us feel uncomfortable so we just opted out from going any further . Just not a lot to do , We stayed there for 4 days and were bored . I would recommend this hotel and area for those just wanting to lay back and relax and for those people who are older in age . Definitely not for teenagers and younger couples .

Well we’re to begin!! There might not be enough words or space to elaborate enough on how ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL this place is!!! I Met Gigi the catering manager when we decided to have lunch there - she is THE reason i got married there - stayed there and had our intimate wedding dinner there!!! Her seamless.attention to detail and truly amazing staff where bar none!!! GiGi and the staff made not only our dinner party and stay beyond any dream I could of thought of !! They all went above and beyond to make all our dreams come true and there will never be enough gratitude I could ever bestow on them for everything they did to make our day so perfect !!! GiGi thank you - your amazing - I’m so grateful we met you and you are all apart of our story and our family now forever !!! Thank you !!!
