"Management should decide it they are a senior citizens home or a hotel."

The beds were comfortable.

The hotel personnel were ot very responsive to our requests. Also, the hotel serves as a home for senior citizens who do not welcome the temporary guests. This leaves guests feeling uncomfortable.
