"A practical choice"

The room and common areas were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was some loose wallpaper in the bathroom. The jets in the hot tub weren't working. Breakfast was very good and plentiful! Price was right.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was adequate with warm options. The hot tub was broken and very dirty but the pool was nice!

"Good enough for the price"

We just needed place to spend night that takes dogs. So, we got that. Room was spacious. Bathroom very small and needed some updating. Upon check in we were informet that pool at the hotel was cold and hottub jets not working. We did not even attempted to use those facilities. Breakfast was very basic with very few options. Overall hotel had very few guests so it was peacefull and quiet stay.

"Very poor customer service."

Pre booked our room and when we arrived it was 60 degrees. Was woken at midnight from a call from the front desk saying our credit card wasn’t accepted and they thought we were scamming them. They said we had to immediately bring down another card and it couldn’t wait until morning. Was not apologized to for the major inconvenience.
