Walk from the tower was a bit long.

It was 11pm and I was stranded at the SLC airport. I booked a room online via Travelocity. I received a receipt of payment via email. I then called the hotel to confirm my room and request an airport shuttle. The man I spoke to said their system was down so he could not confirm if I had a room. He also said before the system went down they were sold out. He said if I had booked my room within the last 30 minutes that I didn’t have a room. I told him I had already paid for it and he said they don’t charge the credit card until check out so I don’t have anything to worry about. I asked him a second time, “Do you have any room this evening?” He told me they did not. When I hung up the phone checked my email to look at the receipt once again, and sure enough my receipt indicated I had paid for the room. So I called the hotel back and let it ring for 10 minutes and he never picked up the phone that time. At this point it was 11:30pm so I called Comfort Suites and booked a room. I want a refund.
