The lady at the front desk was supposed to give us two rooms next/close to each other, but due to a numbering error on her side she instead gave us rooms which were far apart after which we had to again go down and ask again.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and ready for us. Shuttle drivers were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Hallways were a bit unkempt, but otherwise we were happy with our stay.
