Overall i enjoy the facilities and location.

A certain member of the staff from the front desk was a little indifferent, and even came up as rude. Lack of motivation to provide a good service to me as a guest. Another detail is that the room had one or two cockroaches flying around the room for the duration of our stay, I did alert the cleaning lady but the roaches never went away.

"Most beautiful resort we’ve stayed in!"

The resort was AWESOME!! The location was great! Love the huge pool area! Beach in walking distance. We stayed in a room across from the beach on the lower level. It was surrounded with beautiful flowers and plants. And had chairs and a table to sit at and watch the sun rise and set. The bar had good drinks. Lots of souvenirs shops and restaurants near by. We will stay here again.

Housekeeping was really slow! We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready after driving 10 hours. Check in was at 4 it was after 6 when we got the room. Everyday housekeeping was really late or didn’t show up to deliver towels. We would have to go get them ourself. And the beds were not great but the resort made up for that.
