Staff super nice and helpful

The room seem to be moist. The floors, the top of the cabinets, the counters, and the top of the blankets. I don't know why there is a moisture issue in the room. We had the air condition at 73°. I'm not sure why there was la humidity issue. I did tell the front desk. Housekeeping was supposed to come up before we left. They did not make it. I don't hold it against them, because it was check out time and I'm sure they had a lot of rooms to clean. Hoping they fix the situation.

"Avoid superior king rooms"

Location for our needs

The “superior” king room is directly beside the elevator so you hear everyone coming and going. Housekeepings storage room is by your door so at 6am you hear them banging around getting to work. One plaid music on their phone. Very thin walls and doors so not much rest.
