Beds were comfortable.

Kids running thru the hallway and screaming. Late at night and early in the morning.

Close to the highway. Away from the busy part of town. But still close enough to all the attractions.

Room was a bit dirty. Had a smell to it also.

Nothing! Will never stay again !!

Very disappointing stay in Room 108 (King Whirlpool Suite next to the pool area) during Automotion weekend. The whirlpool tub leaked underneath the flooring and partially drained while in use. Water soaked the carpet all the way to the bed, the floor planks were visibly bowed from water damage, and the entire room smelled strongly of mildew/mold. The only time I sneezed the entire weekend was while inside this room, which honestly made me concerned about mold exposure. When we reported the issue, the employee at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and accused us of lying without ever checking the room. The only thing offered was a free soda from the lobby. Because it was Automotion weekend and everything nearby was booked, we had no choice but to stay in the room both nights. The next day, despite having a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, staff entered our room and deactivated our keys. When we returned, the carpet was still soaked and the whirlpool tub still looked dirty with visible hair/debris in it. When I went to the desk because our keys no longer worked, the same employee walked away while I was speaking, then later tossed replacement keys onto the counter and sarcastically asked if I “needed anything else.” We paid $462.69 for two nights and the room should never have been rented in that condition. I do have photos and video documenting the soaked carpet, water damage, and dirty tub.

There was nothing
