Breakfast options and quality very good; location of breakfast area off the lobby/entrance was clean and bright

I had 3 rooms booked; the bath tub in one of the rooms was visibly dirty; the only ice machine was in the lobby of the 3 floor building and I had to pay an extra fee per night for an additional adult (3rd person) to stay in one of the 2 queen size bed rooms

Check-in was smooth, though it was difficult to communicate with the staff member due to a very heavy accent.

Refrigerator in the room did not get very cold until we turned the dial to the highest setting.

The microwave had rust inside and got only one housekeeping the three nights I spend there

Our first room 103, - the bed was dirty; smelled like the zoo, bed was unchanged and had animal hair in it and the floor was sticky (possibly urine) and had animal hair all over. Our second room 107 - thankfully did not smell but the beds; with every movement the springs would “pop/ping” the toilet was loose and would rock - would hit the wall upon rising, the refrigerator wasn’t cold; we did not use the pool area because it looked dirty. When I contacted the front desk about room 103 I was told they did not have another room and offered air freshener (the “zoo smell” would not be removed with air freshener when the cause was still present. After I called Book.com where I booked through & they called the property we were offered room 107.
