"Great experience."

Breakfast was great! Pool was large and clean. Excellent location to all the attractions and I loved that it wasn’t on a Main Street. My son loved the arcade and pool. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Will book again on next trip to Williamsburg!!

The exterior was a little rough.

"Nice and close to various places but too many things not included"

Close to the parks and restaurants! Staff very professional. Nice sitting area in lobby for our group to eat together.

Parking not included in stay, great gaming area but extra charges. Main: didn’t know that indoor/outdoor pool were connected so we could t use the indoor pool when it rained as the outdoor closure caused indoor pool to also close.

The room was spacious, the staffs were friendly. Used the gym a couple of times and was a nice experience.

The AC system was noisy and difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature level.
