Room was relatively clean tho building and interior are a bit in disrepair due to age.

Staff charged my card even tho I prepaid on booking.com. i immediately notified staff of issues only minutes after check in. Said they would fix it. After checking out tho, they only refunded my $50 incidental deposit and not the room and tax. Still trying to resolve the issue nearly a week later. Ridiculous.

The staff were great. The room was clean except that the shower curtain looked like it had been splashed with dirt.

The fact I asked for a non smoking room and the staff put me and my son above, in between 2 smoking rooms which caused both of us to become sick and have headaches and serve sinus problems for the last 2 days. I would like a member of the management team to call me back about a plan of reimbursement for causing such horrible conditions to me and my son. Neither one of us smokes and if you offer no smoking rooms, you should make it in an area that is non smoking. I am sick and so is my son. If he has to miss work you will pay for his missed day off work. This is gross negligence and not acceptable to do this to someone who paid extra for smoke-free.
