Super 8 by Wyndham High Point/Greensboro

Young guy who was working last night at check in was friendly. King bed room was only $76 so great deal.

This was my bf and I 3rd stay at this location and the pricing is great however the 1st time the shower was dirty and still wet like someone had literally just showered so we had to switch rooms. 2nd stay was okay however this 3rd stay will be our very last because we saw several roaches and the shower has hair all over it and the bathroom sink did not have any hot water. Won’t be returning as staff did nothing to accommodate us when issues mentioned

The main lobby was very clean and presentable.

The staff on duty was rude and refused to accommodate me and did not put me in a room that i paid or booked. I was put in a tiny corner room that honestly made me feel like i was trapped in a little box. I reserved a queen room , i have stayed at this property several times and i have been placed in queen rooms and the room that I received this night was definitely not a queen room, the tv did not work, and when i requested to be put in the correct room that i booked and paid for i was told thejr were no other rooms available, which the room i was placed in should have not been on the website as a queen room because it wasn’t. I should have been given a discounted rate for the room i had to stay in.

It was clean convenient and close to everything.

No complaints. It's not the four seasons by any stretch of the imagination but it is clean and the overall esthetic is quite lovely. The staff was exceptional a d went beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Bed accommodations were different 1 king 1 queen. Bathroom was nice.

When we drove up it seem to like it was like a ghost hotel. The picture is over rated. We were overwhelmed at the first room, the shower curtain dirty, bathroom floor had been moped but that sticky sound when walked on. Shower had hair particles. Wall had some of a liquid stain. No skirting around the beds which was kinda wierd. I was very frustrated. We only staying for overnight. We were given a different room. Plus, you have to pay a $50 deposit for property mishaps. Its refundable once checked out. I know hotels has the rule, but its also stated when booking the reservation. This wasn't on my booking. I hate I overlooked the reviews for this location.
