"The only place to stay in Chaing Mai!"

10.0

The hotel is an amazing oasis. The food and service was beyond. A quick relaxing drive from the airport and downtown Chaing Mai. The staff was so quick to respond to any request and so accommodating! It was a perfect escape from the city. The ONLY place to stay when visiting Chaing Mai. Will definitely be back.

"Beautiful hotel"

10.0

This is a stunningly beautiful hotel with elegant spacious rooms and private terraces. The food was excellent. And of course the superb standard of Asian service was present throughout. It is worth noting that the hotel is about a 30-40 minute drive from Chiang Mai.

"Heaven on earth"

10.0

This is the best resort we have ever stayed at.The nature is absolutely divine, the kindness and atentiveness of the staff was next level. The food in all the restaurants was perfect. The peace and sounds of birds and nature was heavenly. I wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be back.

Literally nothing, it was perfect

Amazing stay, had high expectations but it exceeded. Really peaceful and beautiful everywhere. Highly recommend to do the activities offered. Breakfast is excellent. Gym equipped with new Technogym.

Would have been nice if we were informed about sauna. Was sad to find out only when we were leaving.

"Winter trip to Chiang Mai"

10.0

We stayed here as a family of 3 over Christmas break. We stayed here 3 nights, 4 days. Upon arrival we were greeted and brough to the check-in area across from the main desk. We went to lunch at their on site restaurant and before we were finished our room was ready (we arrived early). I believe the daily breakfast was included in our reservation which was wonderful and tasty. We opted to take part in the "buffalo" washing activity which was actually washing a water buffalo. There are 2, these must be the cleanest animals in all of Thailand considering they are literally washed by the guests every day! We didn't opt for the bike tour, I think we ran out of time but heard good things, so I recommend it. The pool was nice and relaxing. It overlooked the rice paddies on the property with a smaller adult only pool directly below it. Our room was an upgraded large single room, they call it the Upper Rice Terrace Pavilion. I do recommend the upper upgrade vs. the ground level since it provides you a wonderful view. We traveled with our son, so he had a rollaway bed basically touching our bed, I would say if you have the means, go for one of the larger residences. Our room also had its own separate outdoor porch area which was about 25' away from the main room via a raised walkway and provided you excellent views. Overall extremely impressed with the service and quality of the food at this resort.

"Great stay at the Four Seasons Chiang Mai"

10.0

My family and I stayed at the Four Seasons Chiang Mai in December 2024. We selected a two-bedroom villa, which was a great choice as the room was spacious and comfortable. While I liked the room as a whole, I did find the layout to be a bit weird -- for example, there was a random staircase of at least fifty stairs reaching a smaller room with a nice view but it didn't really seem to fit in with the rest of the room and we never utilized it. One element we didn't realize until we arrived on site was the in-room butler included, who sometimes even stays the night. While the element of an overnight butler in your room is a bit strange, it was a nice personalized feel. The property is well-designed, with the facilities planted around rice paddies. As such, there are rice farming tours offered in which an on-site farmer teaches groups how to plant and husk rice. There are pools overlooking the rice fields as well, and while we never utilized them, they seemed to be nice. The food on site was high quality as well. The breakfast offered a spread of Thai and Western food, and I particularly enjoyed the DIY Thai Teas. I found the service as a whole to be up to the usual care of Four Seasons quality and would recommend the property to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The only warning I will provide is that the Four Seasons is a thirty-minute drive from Chiang Mai without traffic, and longer with traffic. While taxis in Thailand are quite cheap, the drive can get daunting.
