Hotel La Hacienda

We reserved two rooms a week a head of our travel and set up a business meeting wiht one of our vendors. When we arrive at the hotel for check-in the person in reception stated they didn't had any rooms and weren't able to do anything for us. We never receive a notice or anything. The meeting at the restaurant went well and had good service.

Clean place with great staff, an amazing breakfast, with a fantastic restaurant attached.

Fantastic restaurant as part of the hotel. The included breakfast buffet was top notch and had a wide selection of items. The hotel at the rear of the restaurant had walk up rooms like an old fashioned motor hotel. Very quiet and clean with great air conditioning. No mini fridge. We will stay here again.

Food is excellent and service from server

Excelente desayuno bufette, cómodas instalaciones acorde con precio de habitación. Requiere mejorar presión de agua para la ducha.

Rooms does not have tv working, no room phone, noisy rooms

First when I checked in they told me I had to pay because it wasn't paid for. I had to argue with them for ten minutes and show proof that I already paid for the room. Then, they said the room wasn't ready. I loathe businesses that try to cheat customers.

amazing stay at this hotel/ a true gem. i have been back since then and will continue staying there. love love La Hacienda. Breakfast is amazing!!
