The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. The lady who responsible for the place was very kind and respectful.

The room was really cold when doing i check in. The heating way is air-conditioner. It would have been nice if there were disposable slippers in the room; I had a slight problem with that, but these aren't major issues. If I go to Palermo again, I would choose this place again.
