Only the shower need to fix and also the faucet it’s leaking. Over all i like it

It’s a lovely stay, staff friendly and helpful. The hotel can be a bit noisy with air traffic. Close to mall of Asia for some shopping hotel offers shuttle to and from mall

Staff are helpful, room is clean but facilities are a bit outdated. AC in our room was not working properly so we had to transfer to another room.

I want to thank Carl, Marjorie and Marie from the 9th floor Millennium Lounge. They always take good care of our needs, check in and provide excellent service when we meet friends in Manila.

Great hotel and location for my needs but room and buildings in need of a facelift as becoming very dated. The staff are excellent and so helpful. Recommend hotel but if your looking for a more modern hotel then look at alternatives for the money

This has been my worst hotel experience ever. Toward the end of my stay, they were not willing to return my deposit that I had the receipt for. Their explanation for this was that the deposit was used to pay for the extra person staying in my room, which they had already charged me separately for. After inquiring about this issue to different staff, the man told me that he was going to make their own staff pay out of their OWN POCKETS so I can get my deposit back. Is this how you run a hotel?! There is no organization whatsoever! Also, I asked the staff if they require a deposit for all hotel guests, she said that it was OPTIONAL. Why would they ask me to pay if I didn't have to ? There is no consistency at all. Upon checkout the staff Lea who assisted us on our check in did not explain until I asked her about my deposit what she asked on my check in.she explained to us differently.She said the other receipts is the upgrade and the early check in .And the deposit receipt that she asked me to put a deposit is for the extra person DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL !!
