The location

My reservation was canceled even though I checked on the Hilton app after my family and I called to let the receptionist know that we were traveling from New Orleans and had problems on the highway. There was a water leak in my room on the last day there so I had to be moved to another room which was an inconvenience. The room that I was moved to had mold in the bathroom on the walls and on the ceiling.
