Our room was clean and comfortable

I enjoyed the stay. I was having issues with the card, which wasn't reading correctly, but I had two staff members assist during the night and early morning. Those two were very professional and communicated well. Towards check out process was something else, the staff didn't gave me a recpeit or anything, and was telling me that it would be e-mail which I never received. I did ask that, but he just wrote and proceeded to talk to another member or guest, which was weird.

Room looked great until we actually looked/pay attention. The sink handles were loose amd didn't work properly. The shower curtain rod was loose and not secure - felt like a potential safety issue. The mattress was COVERED in stains and that was absolutely awful. At least our overall stay was less than 12hrs...

A great property at a great price.

The main thing that I liked was the bed, pillows and A/C. Very comfortable- slept well.

It is in rough shape. When you walk into the entrance, it was hot and in need of updating, paint, etc. I wasn't feeling very confident about my choice of hotel upon arrival. The room didn't feel very clean because of how beaten up the walls and trim were. I had to ask for a blanket because the bed had a top sheet and then what seemed like just another textured sheet on top but no comforter or blanket on the bed or anywhere in the room. Pretty odd. It was really hard to turn the deadbolt on my door to lock it and especially concerning if I should need to get out in a hurry. I don't feel like an older person would be able to even turn it at all. Pretty scary.

The staff member that checked us in was very friendly. The hotel is very old. Rusty screws in bathroom vanity, holes in pillowcases, huge sharp crack in bathroom floor tile, just a general rundown look. I would probably pay a little more to stay in a better kept up hotel.

Looks very nice and the bed was good.

I am a wheelchair user so i ve ordered an ADA room coz there is a roll-in shower. The room is the most remote one there is and all the way there is a carpet that wheelchair dont roll well on them. The shower looked beautiful only no way to shower coz the seat very far from the water switcher. Felt like a joke to be honest. The stuff were very nice, but this one not on them.. Second thing - the noise. The room is right next to an eveny hall and there was a big wedding. Not even sure i should have paid for that night..
