The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto

I love everything in the Facility. From the staff, to the food, to the amenities and for the safe, peaceful, and very clean environment.

Nothing! All we can say is it is a very beautiful place. Everything is perfect!

El personal del desayuno, muy amable. La ubicación, bastante cómoda para moverse por el centro de Toronto. El tamaño de la habitación y las camas.

Contratamos habitación con vistas al lago pero eran "laterales": si te acercas a la ventana ves el lago, pero desde dentro de la habitación ves otro hotel. Muy mal el personal del restaurante "Don Alfonso"en la última planta: íbamos a tomar algo y pese a ser huespedes del hotel no nos dejaron entrar de una manera muy desagradable. Nos quejamos en el lobby y nos dijeron que no es personal ni instalaciones del hotel. Deberían advertirlo en el ascensor por que fue lo peor de toda la estancia.

Paying the extra money for a lake view and it was the lowest end of the scale when it came to the view, as it was only a partial view. I was able to see water from an awkward angle, so I guess that qualifies, but still. If you purchase the extras from the app, you get less than you bargain for.

Had a great experience at the Westin Harbour Castle! Great view of the harbour from the South tower, updated room, very clean, and the bar staff was great and attentive. I would absolutely stay again. Walking to the metro and other attractions which was very easy to get to. Staff was also very attentive and helpful.

It was my first time. The hotel receptionist that I was dealing with was kind I told her it was my first time as well. She then asked me what floor I wanted I asked for a high floor and wow what a view.

The ice machine was down for maintenance so I called down to the front desk and they brought ice to my room.
