"First Time In Toronto!"

Had a very wonderful stay at the Westin Toronto - it was my first time in the city too. I wanted to quickly give a shout out to Shelley at the front desk who was super pleasant to meet upon my check-in. I also had a wonderful time at the lobby bar with Gustavo and Sunil - they were just the perfect bartenders and deliver amazing service! Overall, the hotel itself is in a wonderful location in the city. When I return I will be staying here!

The staff was exceptional esp Simone N. She was amazing, helping us with our check in, super friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with the room we initially requested, she took care of it and moved us right away. We also want to give shout out to the crew at Luggage Assistance, very friendly and helpful setting up a driver to get us to the airport. Our next trip to Toronto we would definitely stay at this hotel again

Only thing that would have been nice is to have two chairs in the room

"Unforgettable, in the best of ways!"

I asked for a high floor room, and I got it. The view was simply amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable. It is a very busy location in Toronto, but I loved the view and access to everything I wanted. Our breakfast was included, and it is one of the best I have ever had.

The pillows were a little bit uncomfortable, and the dependent at the convenience store inside was not friendly at all.
