The location of the hotel is fantastic and so convenient, we loved that. The staff was very nice and helpful especially at breakfast so overall a very enjoyable experience.

Really disappointed for the check out experience: we were told to put the pin of the card on the keyboard but no amount was showing. When we asked why we were told that the invoice would be sent by email and that was it, the employee at the desk was not interested in anything else. After a few minutes waiting for the invoice, I went back and asked for a printed version to be sure it was correct and discovered that it wasn’t so I had to go back for a third time to have the item removed. By then our Uber had arrived and we were delayed and charged extra for that. I should have seen the invoice and been able to check it before paying it like in any other situation. Very disappointing.
