Pool and beach

My room had such a strong musty smell that we almost left. Room 337. I decided to stay because it was only for one night; otherwise, I would have left. I don't know if all the rooms are the same, but they desperately need remodeling. It's not cheap to stay there for that kind of room. Everything else was fine.

My experience at this hotel has been completely unacceptable. During my stay, hotel staff entered my room on multiple occasions despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed. This is a serious violation of guest privacy and completely undermines the trust that any hotel should provide. Even more concerning, a personal chain necklace went missing from my room during my stay. I cannot recommend a property where situations like this occur and where guests cannot feel confident about the safety of their belongings. When booking a hotel, people expect cleanliness, rest, privacy, and security. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite: repeated intrusions into my room, constant concern about my belongings, and an overall feeling of insecurity. If you value your privacy and the security of your personal items, I strongly suggest thinking twice before staying here. ES Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido completamente inaceptable. Durante mi estancia, el personal entró en mi habitación en más de una ocasión a pesar de que tenía claramente colocada la señal de “No molestar”. Para mí, esto representa una grave falta de respeto a la privacidad y una vulneración de la confianza básica que cualquier huésped debería poder tener. Lo más preocupante es que, durante mi estancia, desapareció una cadenilla de mi propiedad que se encontraba dentro de la habitación. No puedo recomendar un establecimiento donde ocurren este tipo de situaciones y donde uno no puede sentirse seguro dejando sus pertenencias en la habitación. Cuando uno reserva un hotel, espera limpieza, descanso y seguridad. En mi caso, encontré exactamente lo contrario: invasiones de privacidad, preocupación constante por mis pertenencias y una sensación permanente de inseguridad. Si valoras tu privacidad y la seguridad de tus objetos personales, te recomiendo pensarlo dos veces antes de reservar aquí.

Nice place with lots of history. Hiram, bartender at pool bar was amazing.

We Totally Enjoyed This Resort! Pedro Vidal At the Desk Qiuckly Resolved an issue with our room! Bring Snorkel Equipment to Really Take Advantage of Their Own Protected Lagoon that Is Filled With Tropical fish! Make Sure To Walk just next door to the property to see the Public Parks Waterfront Beauty, Rock and Reef Formations etc. This Resort had the Absolute Best Set up to Enjoy Both the Beach, Water, Scenery and Pools at any Resort I've Been To!

The hotel need to be updated and cleaned. the furniture is dated and worn, paint chipping, holes in wall, refrigerator area molded and show signs of water damage, shower dirty and needs re-caulking, common are furniture torn and dirty, carpet needs cleaning. View of property from balcony is gross, the garden area needs to be cleaned. Towels hard, old and worn. Hotel staff GREAT! Especially in the pool area. Hotel is in a great area in terms of beach access. Lots of stray cats on property! Not a good look for Hilton!

Had a great week there! Hirman at the pool bar is the best! Alexandria from the Resturant/inside bar was also great and very friendly! Will be back!
