Hilton Knoxville Airport

Our 2nd visit using meeting space and rooms. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, comfy and quiet. A shout out to Sammantha, our server at the restaurant. She's attentive and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend the lunch buffet. It's affordable with great food and lots of choices. Desserts are worth the trip. To-go breakfast was equally tasty and priced right.

We stay here regularly now that Allegiant has direct flights to Boston. Never had a bad stay. Rooms are clean, hot water is great, the pool and bar look great but we’ve never used them, just because we try to maximize time with family outside of town and don’t have time for the hotel amenities. We love Hilton for work travel and holidays too, so the extra points are a nice bonus. This past weekend cemented our love for the airport Hilton though. We were in town for a very distressing family funeral and I somehow booked our stay for the wrong weekend. We only realized my mistake after family dropped us off with all our things. I’m sure I looked about as gutted as I felt when we found out the hotel was fully booked and we had no room. The manager on handled things incredibly professionally. He helped us try to find rooms at adjacent properties with shuttle buses - nothing. In the background, without making any promises, he was able to find one available room and got us in. I can’t tell you what a relief it was, after a horrible week and with a 6am flight the next morning. We’ll remember how helpful Logan was for a very long time, and my Hilton loyalty is cemented. Huge thanks to Logan Talent and the team at the Knoxville Hilton, y’all are real pros.

As you travel the world, you learn that in most cases, customer service its not longer a factor. Very few places remember that politeness and courteous along with a smile is what a traveler is looking for. I can say that Noah, who was the gentleman at the receptionist during the night shift on April 4th was Excellent! Thank you.

Hotel was very clean and buffet breakfast was very tasty. Our server Bianca was very very sweet and was a perfect server. Overall great experience.

We had dinner and were served by Cameron K, and then we came back for breakfast and were served by Sammi P. They were both fantastic and extremely attentive. All of our needs were anticipated and addressed before we even knew we had needs. Both Cameron and Sammi made the child at the table feel very special, which made our meals even better! We would gladly have dinner and breakfast here again. The food was very good during both meals.

We came straight from the airport to eat lunch at the restaurant. As soon as we came in, the front desk greeted us and were super friendly. Our server at the restaurant was Bianca. She was absolutely amazing and SO attentive. Could not have asked for better service. The food was so good too!
