Hilton Knoxville Airport

Pretty standard breakfast fare, but the friendly staff is worthy of note. I was there for three days and each morning I’d have a simple eggs and pancakes breakfast. Bianca remembered me each morning and because I didn’t want breakfast meats she’d find something of value to add to the meal. Very thoughtful and very kind. All of the staff was very welcoming. This included Sammi. Their efforts were noticed and appreciated.

Due to flight cancellations via a snowstorm, I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The room was excellent and proximity to the Airport was critical to rebook flights with assistance from ticket agents. The hot tub was superb. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent as well as the pizza special at dinner. Staff were very accommodating as many travelers were stranded.

Visited Cooper’s restaurant at the Hilton and our server, Bianca, took the best care of us while we were here awaiting our ride to pick us up.

Ate at the restaurant in the hotel. Bianca (Bee) was amazing and kind as usual. What a blessing when you’re far from home!!

Part of a working crew and got stuck here. Got hungry and headed to the restaurant downstairs. Bianca was our waitress and she was so funny and charming. Love every bit of her personality. Please ask for her when you come in.

So we are here waiting to fly to FL for a cruise. Decided to pop into the restaurant for a late dinner. Didn't expect anything fancy just hoping for ' not terrible ' airport food. I am truly impressed with the meal we got. My wife had a perfectly cook burger, the lettuce tomatoes and onion were fresh and just how a pub style burger should be. The plates are well dressed out no excessive garnish just good food presented well. I wish I took pictures but I was too busy thoroughly enjoying my buffalo chicken sandwich. It was hot crispy and just the right amount of messy. The fried pickle garnish was a pleasant treat. Seasoned fries ,again fantastic. Zach and Jones (cooks ) did an amazing job and I had to thank them personally. Now on to the morning with a delayed flight breakfast options are few so back to the same Hilton restaurant and well...I might have to go out of my way to come and eat here more. Buffet is so worth price paid. Too many items to list but all done well and the staff was super friendly and engaging. Bianca (our server) did an amazing job never felt ignored and she maintained quite a few tables and didn't miss a thing. Overall the stay at the Knoxville Airport Hilton has made our stay relaxed and if not pampered, we'll cared for.

The Hilton did an outstanding job with my company's annual party. The venue is beautiful, and both the food and service were exceptional. Every detail was handled with care, making the experience truly enjoyable. The location is perfect and parking was easy. We will be back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet today. The choices on the buffet covered all the favorites, from yogurt and fruit to eggs and meat choices. They will make you a custom omelette, as well. Our server, Miss B was friendly, and very attentive to our needs. The coffee was so much more flavorful than most other restaurants.
