"Exceptional stay and exceptional service!"

My stay here at Holiday Inn Express Cloverdale was exceptional. The hotel and my room was exceptionally clean and When I checked in Maddy greeted me with a warm smile and got my into a great room. The next morning Sherry and Travis made a delicious breakfast before I left to begin my day to drive home. When I checked out Haley made sure that made stay was exceptional and that I did not have any complaints. I will definitely be staying here again!

"I cant believe this is a Holiday Inn"

I like the location

I paid for amenities that weren't available. The wifi didn't work. The hotel has an awful odor as soon as you walk in. The rooms smelled all musty. The breakfast was cold and burnt. The hot tub was shut down. The pool had giant bugs in it. The luggage carts had wobbly wheels. Traveling with my handicapped brother i couldn't just relocate because of all the equipment I must .ove with us.

This was a great hotel for my family. It was quick off the highway and perfect for our needs. the rooms were clean and the free breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had.
