A Climate Summit took place and the Hilton Hitel hosted the event. The hotel staff was exceptional friendly and helpful, due to the professional lead of Mekdes Assefa. We can highly recommend the Hilton and its welcoming staff.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Addis Ababa, where I spent two nights in transit. The defining strength of this property is its people. The team consistently delivered a high standard of service and created a genuinely welcoming experience. The experience began with a seamless airport transfer. Temesgen, our driver, set the tone immediately by offering a brief but insightful introduction to Ethiopia and recommending a tour guide who ultimately enhanced the quality of our entire trip. At check in, the front desk team was efficient, warm, and solution oriented. Execution was smooth and professional. A standout contributor was Zufan from housekeeping, who showed exceptional attention to detail and took clear ownership of guest satisfaction. Her effort materially elevated the comfort of our stay. In the Executive Lounge, Hanna ensured a consistently high level of hospitality. She was attentive, proactive, and focused on enhancing the overall guest experience.

I recently visited for a dinner appointment and had a disappointing experience. I arrived first while my guest was parking, and I was told the hotel was full and I could not enter. I was also asked if I was alone. However, when my guest arrived shortly after, he was allowed inside without any issue. For context, he is a foreigner, and I am a local. This situation left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning whether all guests are treated equally. I hope the hotel can ensure fair and consistent treatment for everyone.
