The Hotel

We spent a wonderful long weekend in Brussels and had an excellent stay at The Hotel Brussels. Our rooms were on the upper floors and the views were absolutely stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Having breakfast included was a real bonus, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Location was perfect, walking distance to the center and the European Parliament. Very strong sense of safety and the lobby was always very busy with people. There was a 24/7 vending machine for water, snacks etc which was very convenient. Breakfast had a large variety of options even for me (gluten free, lactose free, egg free). Staff was always willing to help. Room was very clean, very comfortable and even the water pressure in the shower was the best I have ever seen! The spa had 2 saunas, a hamam and relaxation rooms with amazing views. I would love to visit again in the future

The only thing I saw as a negative was the calls from the room. When I’d call the reception or especially room service, I had to call multiple times for them to pick up and they didn’t always pick up.
