"Amazing, if you want to be in a beautiful hotel but feel you are home with your family, this is the place"

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff excellent breakfast. Beautiful view of Protea.

We liked everything just have a few suggestions: since there is a lot walking a golf cart will be very helpful. The opening of the gate requests getting out of the car, not a very nice experience when it’s pouring.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr ruhige Lage. Parkplatz in abgeschlossener Anlage ist perfekt . Das Frühstück einmalig sehr gut. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Restaurant direkt gegenüber.

Eigene Getränke und Speisen dürfen im Hotel nicht verzehrt werden.

Reservamos um quarto com cama extragrande e nós colocaram em um quarto com uma cama redonda, sem privadicade a vista era para um varal. O café da manhã feita na hora tinha poucas opções apesar da boa vontade e simpatia do pessoal da cozinha. Para um resort 5 estrelas, que é na verdade 4, decepcionante

The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. Plenty of parking, beautiful beach room vibe, and the property itself is gorgeous. The free breakfast was fantastic—fresh, beautifully presented, with both indoor and outdoor seating and the sweetest team serving it. Highly recommend!

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The property is advertised as a 5-star resort, but the amenities and services felt more limited. There’s no valet, bellhop, concierge, or 24-hour reception, and the only bar is by the pool—which wasn’t open during our stay due to weather. Breakfast was wonderful, but there are no other on-site dining options, and outside food or drinks aren’t permitted in the rooms. It would also be helpful if the shuttle schedule and fees were communicated more clearly, as it stops mid-day for siesta and ends quite early. The rooms could use a bit of extra care and a deep clean—there was some mildew in the bathroom and minor maintenance issues like a loose ceiling lamp.
