Location was great for what we needed

The room was wonderful, visually pleasing clean. The staff were wonderful, Julia in the restaurant was fantastic.

The tv did not work in our room. Our food was not good, which was a shame as many people have raved about the food there. Was disappointed I paid what I did and we did not even enjoy the meal. I still tipped because of Julia she was lovely

Place was really fantastic and kept clean

Had a stranded double bed. Next time I book, make sure I get a queen being 6,2 was a little small. But wasn’t a big problem

I absolutely loved the staff and how everything was set out. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely amazing, spacious and comfortable. I loved the view. It was easy to find your way around to other places and I love that there's a tram stop AND a train station right in front of the hotel.

I didn't dislike anything about the hotel. It would've been cool to have windows you could open but I didn't dislike anything

Very close to the MCG and the staff were lovely

There was a booger on the bed head board and there was a musty smell in the room
