Harrah's Las Vegas, A Caesars Destination

Great location! Staff were friendly and rooms were comfy. We were in town for the No Doubt concert and it was a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Great selection of food in the food court for a quick bite.

$400 all inclusive deal: The good, the bad and the ugly. Stayed at Harrahs in Valley Tower. Everyone was right it was spacious, clean, very nice and comfortable. Light and bright! Location mid-strip was perfect! Also, more laid-back at Harrahs, which is what we were looking for. (Please note, early check in cost us $50. What happened to just providing the room early at no charge if it was ready???). Hence $450 package deal. Not a huge deal but a little greedy I thought. Much confusion amongst staff from the front desk to bartenders to servers as to what was included with the $400 all inclusive. It clearly did not state that nonalcoholic drinks were included at the chosen bars on the list. Took an hour at the front desk to finally get a definitive answer. It was yes. Seemed obvious but I didn’t wanna get charged for $8 cokes at the end of the trip. Restaurants were subpar, Guy Fieri A+ on presentation but D minus on quality of food. (also confusion if the all you can eat, brunch was included in the inclusive package). The exception was Gordon Ramsay‘s Burger. It was great! And yes, you can eat there twice. Others were fast food, which we were not interested in. And now the ugly, Harrahs, do better with your pool! All Pool furniture is completely worn out. There were only 37 (free) chairs for a hotel that occupies over 2500 people. The rest were cabanas and daybeds that they charge you to use. It seemed that all of those were vacant while everyone was using the “free” chairs and there were never any available. The pool was uninviting to say the least. To end on a good note, waitresses, and bartenders provided excellent customer service. All smiling and seemed that they were enjoying their jobs. We appreciated this! Conclusion: The all inclusive deal was worth it, but wished there were more restaurant options.
