"Location is good, everything else was mediocre and expensive."

Once we upgraded our room we have a nice view and spacious room.

Our original room was dirty and the window looked out to a pile of dirty clothes and a noisy hvac. When we asked for a room switch they informed us there were no room changes. When we said we would pay then they did it but very begrudgingly and the customer service was very poor and full of attitude.

"Inexpensive for a reason."

Convenient to many other casinos and restaurants.

My room was very loud as the elevators sounded as if the cables and pulleys were just on the other side of the room walls. Windows looked over a mechanical area that was unsightly.

"wouldn't stay here again... would go to flamingo instead"

16043 was upgraded for a cost per night for a city view.... AC did not work properly, toilet did not flush properly and the wat er "ran" and you could hear it... sink had an odor and would not drain properly. shower had no hot water first day.
