Location staff probs a little dated but clean

Room was good size and comfortable

significant renovations to front area was not good

Location is good but because of the construction happening in the hotel. There was bit of inconvenience to find the hotel entrance and there was no ramp accessible to the hotel

Windows and vents were not clean. Block out curtain in the room wasn’t covering the entire window properly. I kept getting light and noises from outside in my room. I paid $400 to spend an uncomfortable night. Room was clean but vent in the bathroom was covered in dust

Great location

Central location and beautiful views. Staff were excellent. Fantastic breakfast.

Attentive front desk stuff. Room was clean and well situated. Good location, right on Victoria Square. When the aircond didn't work, the boys from front desk helped us relocate in the early morning.

Didn't know the hotel was undergoing renovation. Minor issues with lifts and lighting in the lift lobby. The housekeeping stuff were slow to respond everytime we made a request. The rooms are old and some things were not in working order e.g. the ventilation fan in the bathroom. The opening in the shower stall is too big. Better if there's a door. Water goes everywhere.
