Delicious breakfast! Amazing options to chose from. Room was upgraded upon arrival which is always a lovely surprise. The staff were friendly and accommodating and checkout was fast and efficient. The bed was so comfortable aswell!

I was at the YAA Gala ceremony and the steak that i had was almost inedible, tough, overcooked, pretty awful

Staff at check‑in were neither welcoming nor helpful. The showers were lukewarm, and we were advised that all three rooms had been upgraded. On arrival, two rooms overlooked Victoria Square, while the third faced a construction site, and none of the rooms were upgraded as promised. We were also overcharged for each night’s accommodation compared with the booked and quoted rate on bookings.com, as well as for the holding deposits. When this was raised, we were told the issue had been “fixed”, but informed that because the overcharge was processed as part of the accommodation & holding deposit, the excess funds could not be released until check‑out. We were advised they were unable to separate the overcharge from the correct amount that should have been applied.

Very quiet. Comfy bed. Excellent room service meal and buffet breakfast.

Collins Bar, Sunday afternoon, had very limited tea/cake options and very expensive.

We requested a mountain‑view room, and the team kindly accommodated our request by providing us with a room featuring that view. Situated in the heart of Adelaide CBD overlooking Victoria Square, near markets, food, and transport. Comfortable rooms, a good breakfast offering, had facilities including pool and gym. Housekeeping is fantastic.

The rooms and bathrooms are quite old, with clear signs of ageing and in need of refurbishment to meet modern expectations. During check‑in, we encountered an unexpected issue where an extra amount was deducted twice from the account. I was relieved that the staff handled the situation efficiently and professionally. They immediately processed the release of the incorrect charges and received the refunded amount straightaway. Overall, while the customer service was excellent.
