The room was a little stuffy but other than that it was good and I would recommend.

The staff was exceptional and the shuttle guy was so nice . The rooms were really nice and the restaurant was the best.

Please hire more people for the coffee place. People were staying in line for like 30 mins and the girl was somewhere else . Have her do stock at 5am not at 8am ]

Checked in 4 people online. Only 3 towels in bathroom. Called front desk for another towel, said they would bring it, but no one did.

Bell and desk staff were very helpful

Next to a hotel convention center. Noisy, rooms next doors very noisy, door slams, my rest wasnt well. Would not stay here again. Noce place but not with alot going on around. And parking 30 dollars. Nope. Thats a first for me.

Room 522. Elevator noise sometimes, undersea sounds in the bathroom constantly, as though you were on the submarine ride at a theme park. Baseboard tiles in the bathroom were sharp, sloppy, and unfinished. The art in the room was out of focus and low quality, with the same out of focus Graumans Chinese Theater art in the bathroom and hotel room. The curtains do not fully cover the windows, and the room is bright no matter the curtains position. Concrete sidewalks outside were chipped and cracking, and the restaurant and starbucks are rarely open or staffed when you need them. For this kind of rack rate you could stay in a nice suite at the palazzo or wynn in vegas, where this is just a brlow average small hotel room.

I really like the location and their restaurants!
