The room needs to be renovated, the carpet is old and was dirty, the room in general looks old

The location near the hospital.

The cleanliness was not up to my Hilton expectations. The check in experience was not quick. Currently ( May 2026) there is construction obstructing some of the parking lot.

Convenient location for my destination

Seems outdated in the rooms. Halls are dusty near the baseboards. Elevators are not clean. Parking is horrible.

The location was great. Close to a lot of restaurants, stores, downtown!

The room is very outdated! The air conditioner was awful. The room was stuffy. We had the AC at 66° and it was not cool at all. The beds are small and uncomfortable. The walls of my room need painting, chip, cracked ansld holes. The bathroom is too small. I expected more from Hilton. I guess I'll continue booking with Marriott.

The location was great.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this Hilton hotel over the weekend. After the first night, I was sent a review text and already expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the property. The room was dusty, and one of the bed skirts had visible stains on the bottom. The elevators were also dirty throughout the stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was not relaxing at all. Children were running all over the hotel the entire weekend, and there didn’t seem to be much control over it. On top of that, guests had to pay for everything — including nightly parking, even when you weren’t leaving the property. Breakfast was also an additional charge. The pillows were some of the flattest I’ve ever experienced. Even with four pillows on the bed, there was absolutely no comfort or support. Customer service was another major issue. The staff overall was not very approachable, especially the front desk employee when we arrived. The welcome felt cold and unfriendly, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 1 out of 10 for a Hilton property. I expected much better quality, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality from this br
