Buen lugar, bonito, lo malo no cuentan con elevador, nadie ayuda a subir equipaje a la habitacion o vehiculo, y no me comentaron que tenia derecho a una palapa en la playa.

EXCELENTE SERVICIO!!, HABITACIONES MUY LIMPIAS, GENTE CÁLIDA Y SUPER SERVICIAL, MUY BUENOS PRECIOS. SÓLO A LA ALBERCA LE HACE FALTA TENER AGUA CALIENTITA , LO DEMÁS EXCELENTE!!!

"A disappointment! "

The positive is It is a quaint hotel and we had a fairly nice room however the bed was hard and it leaked at night through the window the first night so we woke up to puddles on the floor. The food was decent although I got sick the last evening from something I ate. The pool is nice but the lounge chairs are hard and formed so you can only lay in them on your back. THE WORST PART was that they had a party at the pool for a private event the second night until 2:00am!! We couldn’t sleep at all!! When I asked at 11 what time they would be finished the desk clerk said midnight. At 12:30 I asked again and another person said they had sent out a notice about the party. That’s hilarious because no notice was given and when you’re already booked what are you supposed to do? Giving notice doesn’t change anything. No one wanted to take responsibility and they seemed to turn the music up louder when we complained. Don’t stay here! It’s deceiving as it appears quiet but the walls are paper thin and they have parties until all hours of the night

El trato de la gente que trabaja en el hotel es excelente, me encanto como nos trataron, siempre con mucha amabilidad, lo unico que si me incomodo un poco fueron las camas que estan un poco incomodas (solo un poco) por todo lo demas quede super contento, muy buena vista. Seguro me hospedare de nuevo en este hotel en cuanto vuelva a ir a Tecolutla
