Very elegant, clean, and beautiful. Beds and room were comfortable and neat

The staff in the living room area were very slow and non attentive; we went three times and same thing each time. also could not get water one night i asked three different people and was very thirsty.

Location was prime for every downtown happening!! Easy walk to entertainment and dining.

Can’t say there was anything that was not a plus. Although late night room service may be something the hotel might explore in the future.
