"We had a very nice stay."

The rooms were clean and appealing. The coffee shop was beautiful and the coffee was excellent.

Our room was on the top floor and there was a musty smell as if the roof may have been leaking. There was no light in the swimming pool. The water was dark after sunset.

Location

AC unit was very loud, internet was bad and the bathroom fan was not working and I even messaged the crew but it was left unattended

Room location was great in relation to the elevators. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but there were several options that were very close. The doormen were always willing to help with your luggage or any other issue. I truly loved the artwork hung all around the hotel.

The air conditioning in our room didn't ever reach the temperature we desired but it was still a comfortable room. A fan in the bathroom would have been nice to keep some of the heat out and help with the constantly fogging mirrors.
