The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I slept very comfortably and the kitchen was very clean. I will definitely book with you again.

There could have been two bar of soap in the bathroom.

Hairdryer didn't work and the outlet in the upstairs bath was inoperative regardless of resetting the GFCI. Pillows were uncomfortable, need new ones! Draws in upstairs bedroom dresser would not stay closed.

This is my fourth year staying here and I must say I was disappointed. Our room was not easily accessible. We had no service for the 4 days we were there. Towels were delivered once and never any housekeeping. I have always been given a room with a private bedroom but not this time. Last year, I even had a fireplace. I always try to stay at a Residence Inn, but this time I was disappointed.

You have to leave the hotel room when it's windy & rainy, and walk a distance, just to get breakfast in the morning! It's very inconvenient and frustrating!

Surfaces in the room were sticky. Marriott removed the 2 full beds in the 2BR suite. That is the whole purpose of the 2 BR- sleeping options!
