The grounds around the building looked nice

It was very disappointing how dirty our “Penthouse” room was! Even after being switched to another Suite it was just as dirty, if not even dirtier. It was had a strong “dirty” odor & the bathroom on the 2nd floor had an overwhelming urine odor. There was hair all over the beds & bathrooms and you could see & feel that the surfaces & windows weren’t cleaned. I was beside myself. Sadly instead of spending our evening taking our 3 kids to the amusement park, we were scrambling to find another place to stay. After getting to a different hotel we finally had dinner around 10:30pm. Definitely NOT how we wanted our vacation to start!!

Everything was okay. Our lock was broke on the first day & they fixed it right away. The second day the toilet didn’t flush & they fixed it right away.. it still was a good stay!!

The location was great was no less than 20 minutes drive to every place we wanted to go and room was great and the kitchen was wonderful would definitely stay again

My only complaint is there is no ice machines on property and fridge ice maker wasn't hooked up
