It is an older building so you do hear other people in the building.

Desde el momento en el que llegamos todo fue fenomenal. El trato fue muy bueno por parte de todo el mundo. La habitación era súper acogedora, había de todo, y las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas.

Location was excellent, beautiful garden, pool...

I arrived with ankle injury, using crutch. My room was originally on the third floor, the room was not ready, they told me to waiting for one hour. I prefer to eat something in downtown and came back later. The receptionist offered to give me a ground floor room after she saw that I was limping but the ground floor room was almost $100 more expensive. I told her no thank you. When I came back later I got the last room at the end of the corridor on the third floor. Hmmm. I had backpack, little suitcase, crutch, pain....go up on the third floor. NO ELEVATOR!!!! No one offered their help, no one!!! One of the guest on the second floor helped me to carry my suitcase. Big thanks for him!!! Another thing. If guests are taking shower or using the bathroom please tell the cleaning lady/man to step out for a couple of minutes until the guests are done. Dining room is in the basement, another challenge to go there from the third floor with crutch. All these are small things but I hope you pay more attention to guests in the future. I did not think I would arrive on crutches, but unfortunately that is what happened. Thank you so much your understanding! Best, Magdi.
